Let the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from today. The accused/petitioner is named in F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 87 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 308, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.73663 of 2022(2) dt.05-05-2023 2/3 The allegation against this petitioner is to assault informant and others along with other co-accused persons by means of lathi, rod etc. causing bodily injuries, which may likely to cause death of injured, where occurrence is alleged to be founded on dispute arises out of drainage issues. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the allegation against this petitioner is available to assault the brother of informant, namely Dayanand Ram, where on his medical examination alleged injury was found as simple in nature, suggesting that same is not likely to cause death in ordinary course of nature. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and by taking note of injuries, which is simple in nature, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Mufassil
