JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-09-2018 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 427, 428, 429, 436, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of setting the cowshed of the informant on fire and due to which, the cow tethered there got killed.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are agnates of the informant and have falsely been made accused and no such occurrence has ever taken place. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51345 of 2018 (2) dt.14-09-2018 2/2 circumstances of the case and the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, rather they should surrender and pray for regular bail, which will be considered by the court below on the merit of the case.
