====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barbigha (Keouti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. The name of the petitioner has been surfaced merely on the basis of confessional statement made by co-accused which has no evidenciary value. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner or his house. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.08.2019.

P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019.
