JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2020 This application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P.no.2 , vide order dated 10.5.2018 passed by ACJM, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Amas 186 of 2017 under Section 406, 420, 506/34 and other Sections of the IPC. Grounds for cancellation is that there is wrong consideration of the facts available on the record while granting bail to the O.P.no.2.

Heard learned APP as well as perused the record from which it appears that in view of observation passed by the Sessions Judge, the learned ACJM has granted regular bail to O.P.no.2 There is no case of misuse of the privilege of the bail or tampering with the evidence or any chance of absconding of

In view of the above, I find no merit in this application.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed .
