2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 666 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 66 of the I.T. Act, lodged on 20.10.2023 by the informant Nawal Kishor Sharma.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that he gave his Aadhar Card for rectification to Avinash Kumar (petitioner herein) on 18.07.2023 and later it was informed by him that the server is not working. However, huge withdrawal of Rs.1,79,000/- was made from the account. This led to the F.I.R.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no amount has gone in his account, he is a reputed person and has served as Aadhar Supervisor/Operator on contract basis earlier.

5. Learned APP, Mr. Jitendra Kumar Singh opposes

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75027 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 the prayer submitting that the incident is of the 2023, he has approached this Court after two years, direct allegation in the F.I.R. is against this petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions of the parties as also the allegation that has come against the petitioner is of huge withdrawal of Rs.1,79,000/- in which he is the sole accused, it would be appropriate that he seek bail.
