====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 27-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 148 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 30(A), 34 and 36 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. As per seizure list recovery of 2500 bottles of foreign liquor containing 180 ml. each has been made from the house of Puja Kunwar, wife of Siddhnath Choudhary. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been arrested from the place of occurrence merely on suspicion. He is in custody since 7.9.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68614 of 2018(2) dt.27-11-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 148 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
