The petitioner seeks bail in Andharamath P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Mukesh Kumar Yadav @ Mukesh Yadav.

The First Information Report is against unknown. No Test Identification Parade has been held.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 26.7.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

No.67768 of 2018(3) dt.26-11-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Jhanjharpur, Distt. Madhubani, in connection with Andharamath P.S. Case No. 110 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
