The petitioner is in custody since 18.08.2022 in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 126 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the fact that he is in custody since 18.08.2022, this application for regular bail is allowed.
