The petitioners are in custody since 26.02.2023 in connection with Barbigha P.S. Case No. 101 of 2023 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 364, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and u/s 27 of Arms Act lodged on 25.02.2023 by the informant, Nishikant Kumar. At the outset, Mr. Neeraj Kumar Singh submits that earlier the bail application vide Cr. Misc. No. 40064 of 2023 was rejected by a reasoned order on 14.07.2023 and without waiting for the cooling of period, the petitioner has jumped and filed another bail application.

No new ground is there to relook the matter.
