====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Excise Case No. 844 of 2018 corresponding to Bhabua P.S. Case No. 669 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 60 Tetra pack containing 180 ml. each and 7 bottles containing 750 ml. illicit liquor has been recovered from house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 24.9.2018 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72947 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-6, Kaimur at Bhabhua, in connection with Excise Case No. 844 of 2018 corresponding to Bhabua P.S. Case No. 669 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
