The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar(M) P.S. Case No.330 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

75 liters of different brands of Indian made foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady. Male members of the house managed to flee away. The petitioner was apprehended and she is in jail since 29.10.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like
