Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No.30 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of the D.P.Act.

As per FIR, petitioner said to be husband of the informant and there is allegation of demand and torture against the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is no specific allegation attributed against the petitioner. He is still ready to keep her with dignity and care and such submission has been made before the learned court

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Katihar in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No.30 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition that if O.P.no.2 appears and she is ready to reside with the petitioner he has to keep her with dignity and care.
