2. CWJC No. 1668 of 2015 was disposed of on 18.09.2018 directing the DCLR, Bagaha to dispose of the Execution Case No. 3/2013-14 in accordance with law.

3. The show cause of the opposite party is on record and vide Annexure-A, the said case was disposed of on 20.10.2022 and learned State counsel has taken this Court to Annexure-E to show that pursuant thereto the land in question was handed over to the petitioner, who signed the same to this effect on 17.11.2022 in the presence of the villagers as also the ASDM, Bagaha and SHO, Bagaha.

4. In that view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the order stands complied.

5. MJC No. 4257 of 2019 stands disposed of.
