Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

174 bottles each containing 180 M.L. Indian made foreign liquor were recovered from possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 02.10.2018. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, which is evident from perusal of para 3 of the petition. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78658 of 2018(2) dt.18-01-2019 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Rail P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018.
