The petitioner seeks bail in Kajraili P.S. Case No.81 of 2018 registered under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

The father of the victim alleged that his daughter went to Bank but she did not return.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim was recovered from a bus stand along with the petitioner and the victim made her statement. She did not allege any ill treatment at the hands of the petitioner. Both the victim and the petitioner had love affairs.

Considering the facts that the victim herself did not allege any ill treatment at the hands of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75349 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge Ist, Bhagalpur-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Bhagalpur in connection with Kajraili P.S. Case No.81 of 2018(G.R. No.4762 of 2018).
