1. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 31.10.2018, passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.21101 of 2018, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the contemnors that all the payments have stood paid, except the payment on the head of M.A.C.P., which shall also be paid, within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the aforesaid, though I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present contempt petition, however, with a direction to the Director, Primary Education, Govt. of Bihar, Patna and the District Education Officer, Munger, to ensure payment of the monetary benefits under the head of M.A.C.P., within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, they shall not draw their salary.
