The petitioner is aggrieved by the order as contained in Letter No. 322 dated 02.07.2024, whereby, the respondent no. 5 issued the letter of appointment in favour of Pooja Kumari as Asha Worker, by ignoring the claim of the petitioner, who is having more marks than the candidate, as noted hereinabove.

3. The guidelines with regard to the selection of Asha Workers clearly suggest that in case of any irregularities in the process of selection, the aggrieved persons/candidate has the
