Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Siswan (Chainpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 239 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. The alleged recovery has been made from behind the door of petitioners which is an open place and it may have been kept by their enemies. Petitioners are women.
