2. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.110 of 2022 registered for an offence punishable under Sections 304B/302/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is to have committed murder of the informant's daughter due to non fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

4. Earlier the prayer for regular bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No.5591 of 2024 dated 05.04.2024 and Status report has been called for, in this case.

5. From perusal of the Status report, it appears that there are total 10 witnesses mentioned in charge sheet and out of it, five witnesses have been examined including informant as yet and in view of the aforesaid, it will take at least three months to conclude the trial.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
