The petitioner seeks bail for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 385, 366, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation in the FIR, it is a case of demand of ransom and threaten to kill the informant. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus against the petitioner and no test identification parade has been conducted. It is further submitted similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77420 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.25611 of 2024 on 10.04.2024 and he is in custody since 31.07.2024. 5.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named be directed to be released on bail in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No.416 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gaya.
