JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-12-2018 The petitioners were granted bail by this Court vide order dated 02.07.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32164 of 2018, in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 1333 of 2017 with a direction to them to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of the order and furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount. The learned counsel for the petitioners has approached this Court through the present petition seeking

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72141 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 extension of time for surrendering before the Court below. For the reasons stated in the application for the extension of time for surrendering before the Court below, the prayer is allowed. The order dated 02.07.2018 is modified to the extent that if the petitioners, above named, surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, i.e., 12.12.2018, they shall be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 1333 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
