The petitioner is accused in connection with Misc. Excise-644 of 2018 arising out of P.R. No. 59 of 2018, registered under Section 30(A) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of carrying of 260 bottles, each containing 300 ml, Nepali liquor by the petitioner putting on his head.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, petitioner, who is aged about 55 years, has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion and the weigh of 260 bottles, each containing 300 ml, is not possible for carrying by a person putting on his head. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Supaul, in connection with Misc. Excise-644 of 2018 arising out of P.R. No. 59 of 2018. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
