The petitioner seeks bail in Obra P.S. Case No.228 of 2018 registered under Sections 353, 332 and other minor Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

On information, the police reached at village Manaura and tried to pacify the matter. The people of the different community were quarreling with each other. The informant arrested the petitioner and others but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 21.10.2018, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75629 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No.228 of 2018.
