JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2025 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 21.05.2019 passed in CWJC No. 5149 of 2016, the District Education Officer, Nalanda has already passed a reasoned order dated 21.01.2020 rejecting the claim of the petitioner, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and
