Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 354(B), 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after 14 days of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the same. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 129 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
