JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners are female members of family of the deceased and no specific overt-act has been attributed against them. However, it is informed on behalf of the petitioners that police after due investigation submitted charge sheet against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 201/34 of the I.P.C.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.272 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Charapokhari P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018.
