The petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 739/2018, arising out of Naugachia P.S. Case No. 172/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 457, 380, 120B, 435, 427 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 436 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.
F.I.R. has been lodged by Nazir of Civil Court, Naugachia stating therein that on 18.06.2018 at about 6:00 A.M. he learnt that on the last night some unknown miscreants after entering in the office, court and chamber have burnt some records of cases, damaged the goods of the court and also stolen some papers after removing the bolt of the doors and computer and printer have also been damaged as mentioned in the written

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from the written report it appears that it is against unknown. During investigation police has arrested this petitioner on the basis of mobile location. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 19.06.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 2nd, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with S.Tr. No. 739/2018, arising out of Naugachia P.S. Case No. 172/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
