Petitioner is in custody in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2018 for the offence under section 30/32 of the Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been made accused in this case as he is owner of the vehicle in which liquor was found.

Petitioner is in custody since 4.11.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
