2. Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to make correction in para-3 (criminal antecedent) of the bail petition in course of the day.

3. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023 dated 18.08.2023 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 457, 380 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners and the co-accused persons are alleged to have came down from the terrace of the informant and locked the room of the informant's father and mother from outside while they were sleeping and looted Rs. 8500/- in cash, one gold chain of 25 gms, one pair of gold top of 150 gms and clothes.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that the petitioners have no concern with the alleged offence. The petitioner no. 1 has one criminal antecedent whereas the petitioner no. 2 has one criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition.

6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well the nature of allegation, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court concerned, Sheikhpura in connection with Korma P.S. Case No. 118 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

8. This application stands allowed.
