2. The grievance of the petitioner is only confined to payment of subsistence allowance for the period of eighteen months along with the payment of some other admissible dues.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that for ventilating his grievance, the petitioner has already filed several representations, but the same have not been considered and disposed of.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents raised the preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the present writ petition.

5. Be that as it may, considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent no.3, Managing Director, Biscomaun, Patna, who shall consider his claim and pass a reasoned and speaking order preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. Needless to observe that in case the claim of the petitioner is found admissible, necessary consequential order shall also be passed in accordance with law.
