Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

Co accused Manish Kumar, son of Vishnudev Mehta, who is another co-accused, has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court on 26.11.2018. Keeping in view the quantity recovered as well as the aforesaid order, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge 2nd cum- Special Judge (Excise Act) Kishanganj in connection with
