The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 489 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b), (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 51124 of 2019 vide order dated 17.08.2019, Cr. Misc. No. 45853 of 2018 vide order dated 28.08.2018, Cr. Misc. No. 41186 of 2018 vide order dated 20.07.2018, Cr. Misc. No. 32575 of 2018 vide order
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65703 of 2019(2) dt.13-11-2019 2/2 dated 25.06.2018. The petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XIth, Muzaffarpur in connection with Saraiya P.S.
