The petitioner is in custody in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 743 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 1140 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 11 ltrs of country made liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)
