1. This is an application for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 8077 of 2022, which was dismissed for default on 30th of September, 2024.

2. The application for restoration has been filed on 8th of October, 2024, i.e., within the statutory period of limitation.

3. On perusal of the application, I find that the petitioner has been able to make out sufficient cause as to his non-appearance on the date of hearing of the writ petition on 30th of September, 2024.

4. Therefore, the instant application for restoration

Patna High Court MJC No.3714 of 2024(3) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 being M.J.C. No. 3714 of 2024 is allowed.

5. The writ petition, bearing C.W.J.C. No. 8077 of 2022 be restored to its original file.
