The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1732/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B/323/354/379/494/504 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

Despite service of notice, the opposite party No. 2 is not appearing.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the opposite party No. 2 has solemnized second marriage and, therefore, she has lost interest in the present case.
