JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rail Danapur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of firing on the informant causing injury on his hand.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the injury is not on the vital part of the body and the petitioner is in judicial custody since 10.09.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant, they have opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing
