1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the Special Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, respondent no.3 to decide the representation filed by the petitioner and to make all necessary payments which are pending of the petitioner in relation to representation dated 15.11.2022

Patna High Court CWJC No.18340 of 2022(2) dt.23-04-2024 2/3 (Annexure-P/10) to the present writ application), on the ground that the petitioner house rent allowances of Rs. 48,000/- from July, 2017 till June, 2018, 16 days salary of ranging from year-2017 till year2018 of Rs.30,000/-, 15 days paternity leave of Rs.30,000/-, medical leave allowances from 05.06.2017 till 03.07.2017 of Rs.60,000/-, total amounting to Rs.168,000/-; on the ground that the payment is due since 4-5 years and despite of representations that there is no action has been taken;

II. That the present writ application is being filed in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to the respondent no.3 for making the payment of Rs.168,000/- which is pending under different heads since long."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Principal Secretary, Building Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
