Patna High Court CWJC No.16331 of 2023(3) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 authority including the Bihar State Religious Trust Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board') and is ready to fulfill the required amount for allotment of the shop. The petitioner has already deposited certain amount in the Account No. 3863000102021131, which can be verified by the President of the Board. Any amount has been transferred in the account of the Board, as alleged by the petitioner, is required to be adjusted or refunded back as the case may be, in the light of the relief/s sought by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
3. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
