JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Trial Case No. 2411 of 2019 arising out of Complaint Case No. 910 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 323, 504, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2019. The petitioner is the husband of Kiran Devi, opposite party No. 2.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for nearly seven months, the Court is inclined to

Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Trial Case No. 2411 of 2019 arising out of Complaint Case No. 910 of 2018.
