Petitioner has earlier moved this Court thrice for grant of bail in Cr. Misc. Nos. 14367 of 2020, 31627 of 2021 and 14395 of 2022, which were rejected vide orders dated 09.07.2020, 28.07.2021 and 27.04.2022 as contained in Annexure-2, 2 A and 3 with direction to the Court below to conclude the trial within six months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite direction of this Court the trial of the case has not been concluded as yet and the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 28.11.2019.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73520 of 2022(4) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 prayer for bail and submits that there is no fresh ground warranting reconsideration of the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present as no fresh ground has been urged on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is, accordingly, rejected. Considering the report of the court below, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the case within next six months.
