JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State via video conferencing. By way of the present application, the petitioner has sought for pre-arrest bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.487 of 2017 corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No.20 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Child Marriage Prohibition Act, 2006 and Sections 16, 17 and 18 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Considering that the petitioner forcibly compelled the two minor daughters of informant to be married with the coaccused Balbir and Gurmit, I am not inclined to grant him prearrest bail.
