2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 157 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals are said to have committed a loot on the point of pistol.

4. The name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation in the self inculpatory statement of the co-accused. The petitioner is accused in seven more similar and serious cases.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2024.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and the antecedent, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
