2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 110/2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 147/341/323/307/325/379/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is accused of having participated in the assault on the victim, this application for grant of anticipatory bail is dismissed.

5. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks.
