2. The petition for anticipatory bail of the appellant was rejected vide order dated 06.09.2022 in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3927 of 2021 on the ground that there were five criminal antecedents against him.

3. The appellant preferred SLP No. 11464 of 2022, where he pleaded that only two cases were pending against him. The Hon'ble Supreme Court, after setting aside the order dated 06.09.2022, sent the matter for a fresh and expeditious substantive hearing by this Court.

4. The appellant has disclosed two criminal antecedents in paragraph no. 3 of the present memo of appeal.

5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Ist-cum-Special Judge, under SC/ST Act, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 29 of 2021.

7. After accepting the bail bond of the appellant, his criminal antecedents shall be verified and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except Bagha P.S. Case No. 37 of 2020 and Complaint Case No. 3106 of 2009, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
