2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 137(2), 140(3), 140(1), 103(1), 238(a), 61(2)(a) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 11.7.2025.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2024 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in near future. Similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order passed in Cr.Mis.No. 44347/2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the

No.71864 of 2025(2) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the District and Additional Sessions Judge II, Banka in Sessions Trial No. 37 of 2025/ 230/2025.
