2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case is squarely covered by the order passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 14746 of 2021 dated 29.07.2024.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, since the case of the petitioner stand on similar footing to that of the petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 14746 of 2021, there is no requirement to keep pending the present writ application.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation

Mandal University, Madhepura) along with all supporting documents within a period of two weeks and the respondent no. 4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that the respondent no. 4 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.

7. It is made clear that this Court has not gone to the merit of the case.
