The petitioner seeks bail in connection with C.C. Case No. 6 of 2006, registered for offence punishable under Sections 33, 41, 42 and 52 of the Indian Forest Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
