2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 539 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons have killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. The petitioner is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased and is in jail since 15.04.2023. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner of killing the deceased for dowry.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.J.C.M., Patna City in connection with Khajekalan P.S. Case No. 539 of 2019, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
