Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 260 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal history. Petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2019. similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 14.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62299 of 2019.

Case No. 260 of 2019.
