The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and reproduced in para-43 of the case-diary as well as the document of solemnization of marriage attached with the petitioner and other photographs annexed with the bail application would revel that the matter is of consensual marriage and relationship.
Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Case No.310 of 2017, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
